From 4 August 2025 Oracle opened enrollment for an enhanced OPN that discontinues the old Build, Sell, Service and License & Hardware tracks in favour of a single model with Levels 0-3. Optional GTM Paths and a new partner-credits scheme were introduced; new and renewing members must move to the enhanced program.
